bake and destroy.
i have loved baking for as long as i can remember. i love the look on peoples faces when they see a deliciously cute cake and the smiles they get as they chow down. i love how no matter who you are, cakes make the world go round. i never quite realized my love for baking until my grandma passed away. thats when i truly realized she had passed her passion for baking on to me, and i decided to make a career out of it. i am practicing gluten free baking as well as vegan baking. it is a learning process and i am enjoying every minute of it. at this moment, i am just baking for friends. let me bake you a cake, please.

Awww... cute cake! well... minus the fact that "birthay" is spelt a bit different than most would believe...
thanks. and that was two years ago. so, i make much better things now. "birthay" was a joke. thats how my niece grace kept saying it, so i thought it would be clever to add it to the cake :)
